Scope of Work:

ii) Zoning/conceptual plan with green concept
iii) Landscape Planning
iv) Planning of Road Network & parking
v) Master Plan
• Designing:
i) Topographical Survey, soil investigation & testing
ii) Architecture design
iii) Structural design
iv) Electrical layout internal and external electrifications
v) Special Plumbing
vi) Sewerage line with Manholes
vii) Sewerage Treatment Plant
viii) Solid Waste Disposal system
ix) Internal Water Supply System
x) Water Treatment Plant
xi) Storm Water Drainage System
xii) Site Development Works (Complete in the identified hospital areas)
xiii) External Water Supply
xiv) Signage works
xv) Ramp with suitable gradient
xvi) Master plan block model
xvii) Building materials analysis shall be carried out in detail so that client could select the right materials to be used in the particular hospitals.
xviii) Construction detailed working drawings including specifications for all items are required to prepare and complete for all above works.
Based on the final approved plan and working drawings, the consultancy firm shall provide detailed sequence of construction schedule, machinery, manpower, material procurements and the phases in which the project work proposed would be completed within the stipulated time frame calculated by the consultant as per clause No 1.11
The consultancy firm shall work out the details of actual time required to complete the whole project works based on the material & labour coefficients and other relevant criteria.
